Planina Sleme

Description of mountain pasture:
Planina Sleme is a panoramic mountain pasture located between Visoč vrh and the Slemenske peči ridge. From the pasture, where several huts, a NOB monument and a water trough stand, a beautiful view opens up on the mountains surrounding the Tolminka river valley, Kolovrat, Matajur and Krn with its surroundings.
