Rysy

Description of peak:
Rysy is a peak in High Tauern on the border between Slovakia and Poland. According to the data, it is also the highest peak in Poland. From the Slovak side, access is quite easy. The ascent starts at Štrbski pleso at 1350 m, the peak can be reached in 4 hours with normal walking. At 2250 m there is a mountain hut where you can get everything from food to drinks to souvenirs.... The huts in the Tatra Mountains are manned by Sherpas, who compete with each other in the amount of load they can carry. Some shots.
