Lake Krnsko jezero

Description of lake:
Krnsko jezero is the largest Slovenian high-mountain lake. It is 300 metres long, 150 metres wide and almost 18 metres deep. From the lake, there is a beautiful view towards Krn and its neighbouring peaks. Swimming in the lake is prohibited to preserve its ecosystem, which is already severely threatened by artificially introduced fish.
