In the first image, most of the image is occupied by fragrant bistort with inflorescences, the sorrel leaves shown are not from mountain sorrel but from alpine sorrel. Perhaps the true one grew next to it at times, but it is not on this image. Its leaves are much smaller, similar to those of common sorrel.
