Determination with willowherbs is a bit dilemmatic. I know this one was photographed on the botanical trail of Črni prsti. I always notice it somehow in the middle of that trail on the lower side. But it is never marked, as if they can't decide which one it is. This willowherb has by far the largest flowers among willowherbs. Otherwise, in Slovenia there are a whole bunch of smaller-flowered willowherbs-small-flowered, mountain, hill, prealpine, club-stemmed, pink-flowered, marsh, cuspidate, alpine, blackish, and branched. They are similar in flowers and leaves-now distinguish them. Some could be by habitats, which are hidden in the names.

On these two pictures it is undoubtedly great hairy willowherb.
