The species does not exist.
Perhaps someone meant this species: soška smiljka (Cerastium subtriflorum)?

In the handbook Alpine flowers by Hoppe it is listed -translator Dr. Milan Lovka
-Cerastium cerastoides
It is not in the Small flora of Slovenia-therefore it does not grow here.
