Tourist Association Tuhinjska dolina is preparing on 18.6.2011 already the VI traditional climb to the most beautiful highland among us!
We start in front of Eko Terme Snovik, the climb ends at Črnivec pass (small climb) or at Velika Planina (big climb). For younger categories, a circular track around Terme Snovik will be prepared.

Routes:
BIG CLIMB
Route: Terme Snovik – Osredkar – Poljana – Črnivec – Kašna planina – Kranjski Rak –
Ravni – Marjanine njive – Ušivec – Mačkin kot -Velika planina – Zeleni rob
Elevation gain: approx. 1,500 m, length: 28 km
Approx. riding time: from 1:30 h to 2:30 h
Start: at 10:00
SMALL CLIMB
Route: Terme Snovik – Osredkar – Poljana – Črnivec
Elevation gain: approx. 880 m, length 10 km
Approx. riding time: 0:40 h to 1:30 h
Start: at 11:00
CHILDREN'S RACE
Route: Area around Terme Snovik
Start: at 11:30
Length: one lap – 2 km
Girls and boys A ride one lap – 2 km, girls and boys B two laps – 4 km.

every competitor who returns the start number gets a commemorative T-shirt, voucher for hot meal and drink, gift swimming ticket for Terme Snovik and return ticket for Velika Planina. Raffle of practical prizes.
o Top three in each category get medals.
o Fastest male and female on all three routes get trophies.

The traditional climb to the most beautiful highland is approaching fast, so your "biting" the climbs for training is not superfluous. Anyway, the climb to Velika Planina will be demanding, fast and conquerable for all participants. The youngest will race around Terme Snovik. In short, 18.6.2011 will be a wonderful day for all cycling families!

Last invitation to the "kingly" 30 km climb to the most beautiful highland in Slovenia.
On Saturday the weather will be perfect for the whole family to spend a nice cycling day.
Besides the climb, for the youngest we prepare a skills course and free bike handling lesson.
After finish, deserved refreshment in eko therme Snovik!
