Access to the starting point:
a) From the motorway Ljubljana - Maribor, take the exit Lukovica, then follow the old road towards Blagovica and Trojany. When the road to Krašnja turns left, we turn right onto a dirt road, where we park in a suitable place.
b) From the Maribor - Ljubljana motorway, take the Blagovica exit, then follow the old road towards Domžale and Lukovica. When the road to Krašnja turns off to the right, we turn left onto a dirt road and park in a suitable parking space.
Path description:
At the crossroads, you will see signs for Limbarska gora, which direct you to a side dirt road leading towards the motorway. When you are fully approaching the motorway, go right through the underpass under the motorway, and on the other side of the motorway go left out of the junction. Continue for a short distance between the motorway and the river Radomlje, then go right over the bridge over Radomlje, and after the bridge turn right onto the marked path which continues along the left bank of the river for some 10 paces. Soon the path turns left and climbs steeply, and when it levels out a little it joins cart track, which you follow at the crossroads in the direction of the markers. At a marked crossroads, where the path from Lake Gradišče joins from the right, continue left.
Continue in the direction of Limbarska gora, and a little further on the path crosses the asphalt road Krašnja - Moravče. The way forward leads us along a macadam road, from which we soon turn left onto a marked path that gradually turns into a forest. After a few minutes we reach the wide cart track, from which the markings direct us to the left. There is a moderate ascent through the forest, and when the forest ends you reach a larger hayfield where the path turns left. There is some fairly gentle walking, and then you reach an asphalt road, which, in a few minutes and with increasingly beautiful views, takes you to the top of Limbarska gora, where the Church of St Valentine is located.

Vse slike o tem hribu so samo v slebem vremenu. Zato me ni kaj preveč vleklo gor.
Prejšnji teden sm mimogrede skočil gor in tik pred sončnim zahodom se mi je z vrha razkril prelep razgled na Kamniško - Savinjske in Julijske Alpe. Zato prilagam nekaj "razglednih" fotografij.

Ali imate podobne izkušnje kot jaz?
Prispeli smo na vrh Limbarske gore in v gostišču naročili čaj.
Starejša gospa-mogoče lastnica nam ga je prinesla in s prijatelji smo klepetali.Kmalu se zopet ob mizi pojavi gospa z vprašanjem, če bomo naročili juho. Da ne bomo, gremo kmalu domov na kosilo, smo odgovorili.
Pa se je vsul plaz besed, da zasedamo mizo, premalo naročimo, ona more juho preč metati, če ne skuha, pa spet ni prav,...
Molčali smo. Plačali smo čaj in odšli.

Tudi mi smo imeli podobno izkušnjo.Ko smo naročili samo čaj,je gospa komentirala,da "šnops" pa imamo itak s seboj.Slučajno smo bili sami abstinenti.Sicer pa nam tudi ni ničesar ponudila-niti morebiti kakšne sladice,pa tudi nič kaj ni dišalo po kakšnih dobrotah.Čudna gostilna.
Naslednjič se je bomo izognili v največjem možnem loku.

Mi smo pa lansko leto šli z Limbarske gore proti Trojanam.Na neki kmetiji smo ,na kateri skozi dvorišče teče markirana pot doživeli neverjeten sprejem.Gospodinja nas je postregla s pecivom,gospodar pa s pijačo,ter nam razdelila še ene prospekte.Še danes se jih spominjamo.Planinci iz Idrije

Pridite na Čemšeniško planino gor pa nič ne godejo, če naročite samo čaj Lp.

v bivakih je izredna postrežba! sam se izogibam bajt, ker me moje poti v bližino zelo poredko zanesejo. se spominjam postrežbe v dvojki! neprecenljivo.

Ja,hvala za priporočila.Prvič se odpravljamo z družino na Limbarsko goro in vidim,da bo zopet "rukzak"težak saj bo potrebno zaradi neprijaznosti nesti tudi čaj v termovki.http://www.hribi.net/slike/redface.gif

Jaz sem se odločila da grem na Limbarsko goro mimo Gradiškega jezera sama pot me je vodila skozi gozdne poti in mimo vasi Vinje ter Negastrn.Sama pot je bila lahka in enostavna,hodila sem slabo uro in pol.Bilo je veliko ljudi saj je bil tradicionalni pohod po nagelj,ki ga vsako leto organizirajo domačini.Bile so stojnice ki so ponujale hrano in pijačo bili pa so tudi različni ansambli ki pa so popestrili dogajanje.Bilo mi je všeč kar pomeni da še zagotovo obiščem Limbarsko goro.
