Mala Ponca / Ponza Piccola

Description of peak:
Mala Ponca is a 1925m high peak located between Planica and the Belopeci lakes. Although the peak is lower than the neighbouring Visoka Ponca, it still offers a beautiful view. It is the most beautiful view of the peaks above the two valleys, where you can see Mangart, Vevnica, Visoka Ponca and Ciprnik. In good weather, the view extends from Carnic Alps, over Gailtaler Alps to High Tauern, where the Großglockner (Big Klek) reigns supreme.
