Mojčin dom na Vitrancu

Description of hut:
Mojčin Hut on Vitranc is located a few dozen meters west of the former, now decaying Dom na Vitrancu. The hut is open Friday to Sunday in autumn and winter, and daily in summer. The view from the hut is best toward the peaks rising above the Mala and Velika Pišnica valleys; Jalovec, Karawanks, Krn Mountains, High Tauern, Zillertal Alps, Carnic Alps, and part of the western Julian Alps are also visible. 100 meters east of the hut, at the paragliding takeoff, a nice view opens to the east toward Kranjska Gora and part of the Upper Sava Valley.
In winter, access to the hut is possible along the edge of the ski slope.
