Mrežce

Description of peak:
Mrežce is a prominent peak near Lipanski vrh which can be seen on the other side of the ravine between the two peaks. As the slopes towards Pokljuka are quite steep, access is relatively safe even in winter conditions. It is a popular spot for families with small children in the summer season and for touring skiers in the winter. From the top there is a beautiful view of Triglav, Rjavina and the Pokljuka peaks. The summit has a stamp, but unfortunately no registration box.
