Description of peak:
Rdeči rob is a 1913 m high mountain located in the ridge of the Slemenski peči Mountains, which descends steeply towards the valley of the Tolminka River. From the top, where there is a registration box in the shape of a miniature Aljaž's Tower (inside there is a registration book and a stamp), there is a beautiful view of the Krkonoše Mountains, the Lower Bohinj Mountains, the Primorska region and the Adriatic Sea.
Rdeči rob, is also geologically different from the neighbouring peaks, as it is red in colour. The reason for this is to be found in the composition of the rock, as the peak is composed of Cretaceous and Lappish limestone.
