St. Martin (Graz)

Description of church:
St Martin's Church is the oldest church in Graz, according to records.
It probably stod on this site as early as the 9th or 10th century and was first mentioned in 1055.
Near the church stands a castle, which was first mentioned in the 11th century. In the 16th century it was rebuilt into a Renaissance castle.
The church and castle stand at the south-eastern foot of Buchkogel Hill.
