Turracher Höhe - Grünsee (at Turracher Höhe) (3-Seen Weg)

Access to the starting point:
a) Cross the Ljubelj border crossing into Austria and follow the road to Klagenfurt/Klagenfurt. In Klagenfurt, go straight on at all junctions. When the main road turns sharply to the right, leave it a short distance ahead and continue left towards Lendorf and Feldkirchen in Kärnten. When you reach the motorway junction, turn left in the direction of Feldkirchen in Kärnten. In the aforementioned town, follow the signs for the Turracher Höhe pass. Park at the signpost marking the start of Turracher Höhe. b) Drive through the Karavanke tunnel into Austria and then continue on the A10 motorway towards Spittal an der Drau. Leave the A10 at the Ossiacher See exit and take the second exit at the nearby roundabout in the direction of Feldkirchen in Kärnten. Continue along the road beside Lake Ossiacher See. In Feldkirchen in Kärnten, follow the signs for the Turracher Höhe Pass. Park at the sign marking the start of Turracher Höhe.

Path description:
From the parking lot on the main road, continue along the dirt road towards Grünsee. The road goes gently up and down. At the crossroads, follow the signs and signs for Grünsee. After 20 minutes you reach the northern shore of the lake. The road to the right of the lake leads to the southern part of the lake. The path is easy and well marked.
