Dom na Komni

Description of mountain hut:
Open all year round, the hut is situated on an unmarked outlok west of Lake Bohinj. The hut is clearly visible from the lake and its surroundings. In front of the hut there is an observation terrace from which you can see the Lower Bohinj Mountains. To see the mountains above the Triglav Lakes valley, you have to climb the small hill next to the viewing terrace, one minute away. As the lodge is open all year round, the path is also cleared in winter a day or two after a snowfall.
